Wild Hibiscus
Hibiscus flower tea is a herbal tea which is derived from a plant that is native to Africa. Despite it's origin this tea is enjoyed by people in many countries around the world. It makes a delightful and effective thirst quencher (especially the iced version!), but it also has a rich, varied history in traditional medicine.
Hibiscus tea has often been compared to the taste of cranberry juice or lemonade. It’s a sweet but tart liquid that many find refreshing whether it’s prepared hot or cold.
