Organic Green Assam

This tea comes from a very small scale family farm located in Dibrugarh, an upper area in Assam which is known to harvest some of the best tea gardens in India. This tea is hand-picked by farmer Borgohain, who then rolls the tea by hand in his home grown tea processing facility. He follows sustainable farming methods to produce a tea that is free from dangerous chemicals. The tea has a sweet start with mineral flint and fruit notes.
